5. ALCOHOL SERVICE
   Alcohol service is at the discretion of management. Overserving will not be tolerated. RIMI Restaurant & Lounge complies with all Missouri alcohol regulations.
6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
   RIMI Restaurant & Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests assume all risks associated with attendance.
7. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
   By entering RIMI Lounge, you consent to photography and video recording for marketing and promotional purposes.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All website content, logos, images, and branding are the property of RIMI Restaurant & Lounge and may not be used without written permission.
9. WEBSITE USE
   Unauthorized use, data scraping, or misuse of the website is prohibited.
10. GOVERNING LAW
